Mugnaini Tuscan Ovens - Picture this:
relaxing on your patio with a little wine, cooking on your own wood-burning
oven. Ah, can't you taste the Tuscan food and imagine the ambiance of
Italy? These stone-surrounded, authentic wood-burning ovens are a real
luxury that the whole family will enjoy.

SmallBone Kitchens
- Based on the English craft tradition, this kitchen design company is
definitely noteworthy. Their craftsmanship and designs are beyond "stylish
and ingenious". They have truly original designs that you won't find
with the most expensive and overpublicized local companies. The material
choices include blond maple and Mandarin Oak. Design features
include raised and fielded panels, fluted cornices, and inlays. Remarkable.
Their web-site reads like a wish book for kitchen designs!

Ugo
Poggi Silver, Italia
- Mr. Ugo Poggi III will personally show you his fine collections of silver,
glassware, crystal and china in his shop in Florence, Italy. His family
and craftsmen make things the old-fashioned Italian way - remarkable and
relatively affordable. His is the only company authorized to use the Medici
coat of arms on tableware. He ships too! Vai degli Strozzi, 003955216741.
Call, and he will send you a catalogue.
Andrew Martin Fabrics U.K. - Several years
ago I saw this collection of heraldic motifs printed in one color on linen
and other coarser fabrics. At the time EVERYONE else was doing fussy silks,
too-serious velvets and too-frilly organza. What a delight to see original
thinking and a new casualness in design. They do have elegant designs
as well, but these themed collections called the Crusader and Conqueror
are a royal addition.

Clarence House - You will find these
hand-screened printed fabrics, wall coverings, trims, and textured materials
in countless museums and historic homes. The reason is that this company
produces utterly refined and timeless textiles. If you invest in these
products, they will last a lifetime and be in style even longer. Take
a look at this Décor Fleuri pattern. Imagine this somewhere in
your own home!

R.K. Alliston - In King's Road
in London, England, is a very special gardening shop owned by Harriott
Scott. After years of creating gardens for clients, she opened this store
in response to the demand for the unusual, quirky, high-quality items
that were the hallmark of her designs. People from all over the world
can experience her shop on-line or by means of a brilliant brochure. The
store carries items like garden glass bubble lights, teak cube candles,
double hammocks, potted plants, gardening tools and even teak furniture.
This is a great gift-giving site - no one will have the same quality,
love and uniqueness as this shop does.

Nina Campbell - She designs,
writes, licenses her designs to companies, and provides "how to"
info. She does it all and she does it well. The latest addition is her
on-line site offering great things to buy, beautiful things to see, interesting
advice about colors and - best of all - her design mantra. Well worth
spending time with her! And she believes, "Decorating rules, like
other rules, are meant to be broken."

The Mill Workstore - This company offers
decorative millwork items, including columns from HB&G and Turncraft,
pilasters, medallions, wood and polyurethane rail systems, and much more.
They also have a very nice "how to" book selection. Remember,
crown molding can make any space more architecturally interesting and
adds value to your property. This is a great company.
